Journals
Bilingual prompts, soft pages, and reflective practices for noticing your inner and outer landscapes.
Journaling is one of the simplest ways to stay in relationship with ourselves and the world around us — to track inner weather, make space for quiet questions, and return to what matters amid constant change.
These pages bring together watercolor washes, bilingual prompts, and gentle reflections shaped by my work in eco-health and story. They’re invitations to pause, reflect, and look more closely.
Why I make these pages
I began creating journaling pages as a way to steady myself in a world that keeps accelerating — a space to return to what holds under pressure.
The bilingual pages grew out of a personal practice of learning and attention. Writing in two languages slowed my thinking and changed how the pages took shape. What began as a small experiment gradually became a shared practice.
Many of these pages draw on textures, patterns, and ideas from my studio practice and my writing on ecology, health, and resilience. They’re meant to be used lightly: as companions for reflection, grounding, or creative play.
